Also! I got a very nice email over the weekend asking that since we now know Ben was originally behind the experiments that created the chip, when will Senator Hanlon's fate finally be revealed? You know, Senator Hanlon, the eeeevil man responsible creating for The Program? After I banged the crap out of my head on the desktop, I pointed out that Digital Divide and its planned sequels are specifically about what OACET did to get payback with Hanlon. Just throwing that out there.

This plot point has been in the works for a long, long time. There's a few other references snuck in along the way, but those are the two big ones.

Was I the only young kid who saw the Bonkers candy commercials and thought, "Hey, that's pure profit, that is!" One pack of Bonkers = $0.50. Each pack = 10 pieces* Each piece = one GIANT PIECE OF FRUIT! And since fruit was sold by the pound... PROFIT! If my parents knew I was doing economics-based word problems in my head before I could add, I'd be an investment banker today.

Hey it's Monday and a comic and... and...

And this is my fifth attempt at writing a blog post for Monday, because all I can think of when I watch the news is that bumper sticker which says IF YOU AREN'T OUTRAGED, YOU AREN'T PAYING ATTENTION, and if you need a bumper sticker to sum up your mindset then you should probably shut the hell up for a while. Which I am doing.
